CONDITIONS OF SALE
The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser.
2. The Auctioneer has the right to regulate the bidding. He may furthermore withdraw any item at any time.
3. A bid shall be taken as proof that the bidder has made himself acquainted with the conditions for lots for which he bids.
4. All goods are sold AS IS, where is, in it's present condition. No return, no cancelation, no refund, no exchange
5. Lots once knocked down remain at own risk of the purchaser.
6. No goods may be removed during auction and only after been paid for in full.
Removal schedule will be given with invoices. Please select a suitable date and time for your collection
7. Terms: E.F.T and CASH within 48 hours after receiving invoice
8. All bids are exclusive of buyers commission (and V.A.T where applicable)
9. All sales are final.
10. Please do not bid if you do not have the funds
All handling, transport and storage of goods are at your own risk. Insurance to be paid and organized by buyer.
12. A bid falling upon you is legally binding. Should you not pay after auction, you are in default. And could be liable for lawyer fees
13. THIS AUCTION COMPLIES WITH SECTION 45 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (CPA), NO. 68 OF 2008 AND THE REGULATIONS CONTAINED THEREIN APPLICABLE TO AUCTIONS.
